For our next cheese class we’ll be celebrating the cheeses that rank among the most odorously delicious.
Bloomy rinds, washed rinds, blues, gloriously moldy - we’re here for all the nuanced flavors found in these ripe, funky cheeses. They smell strong but taste amazing!
Join us as we explore this delightfully dank side of cheese.
Tickets are $60 & includes:
- Private class
- Tasting of 5 cheeses w/ light pairings
- Wine
Two nights to choose from:
FRIDAY, Feb 18th or SATURDAY, Feb 19th
7pm | the class will be held indoors at our shop located at 2112 E. 4th Street, Long Beach
VACCINATION REQUIRED All attendees must be fully vaccinated from COVID -19 & will be required to show proof of their vaccination status before entering the class. Refunds will not be issued to those unvaccinated as we’ve clearly stated the requirements.
This will be an in-person, indoor class at our shop. As of now per current mandates, masks will be required indoors while not seated, eating or drinking.
Please note: this will be a limited private 21+ class, only ticket holders will be permitted to attend.
Cancellation Policy: All tickets are non-refundable, but in the case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. You'll need to email us with the updated attendee information.
