Tinned Fish Tasting Night

Oh La Vache is once again partnering up with Alder & Sage and Kitchen Lingo for a tasting night all about tinned fish! Tinned fish has seen a huge upswing in popularity and our tasting night is all about taking it beyond just another pantry item and turning it into a gourmet experience. Learn about the different varieties and how to serve, pair, and enjoy tinned fish. The evening will include a tin fish journal, tasting of 4 different styles of tinned fish with accompaniment, and wine/beverages available for a la carte purchase.
