American Cheese Class - Beyond the Single
Join us for a night of cheese & fun as we delve into the cheeses that took the US from Kraft to well crafted.

They might be the newer kids on the block when it comes to cheesemaking, but American cheesemakers have definitely made a name for themselves worldwide, taking home top honors at some of the most prestigious cheese competitions around the world.
We’re living in a cheese renaissance in the US right now, what some might call the golden age of American cheese making. So for our next cheese class we are going to be exploring the goods from some of America’s best cheesemakers. We’ll be tasting our way through 4 amazing & unique American cheeses, learning about their history, how they are made and what they pair with. This will be one of our tasting style classes where guests will enjoy a tasting accoutrement plate to pair as they like with the cheese as we present them throughout the evening.
Tickets are $65 and include:
- Private Class
- Welcome bite + drink
- Tasting of (4) different cheeses
- Accoutrement pairing plate
- Wine &/or Beer pairings for each cheese
Tickets go on sale Monday, 6/13 at 12pm
This will be an in-person, indoor class at our shop. We ask that all attendees be fully vaccinated from COVID -19.
Please note: this will be a limited private 21+ class, only ticket holders will be permitted to attend.
Cancellation Policy: All tickets are non-refundable, but in the case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. You'll need to email us with the updated attendee information.
